Summary of Contract: In accordance with S.B. 77 and S.B. 96, the San Andreas Port Authority Expansion of Authority Act of 2021, the San Andreas State Government has been authorized to establish a state contract with a private company for the purposes of facilitating the identification and environmental clean-up of sites on public lands or private property, with the consent of private property owners, contaminated by hazardous materials.
In addition, the contractor is expected to provide the government with a report outlining contaminated locations in San Andreas and recommendations to clean up hazardous material contaminations. The report will summarize efforts undertaken by the San Andreas State Government. Potential contractors should be prepared to present a plan with a detailed timeline.
