Dear Mr. Pontecorvo,

We are informing you that your union petition, San Andreas Port and Construction Workers Association #31
has been APPROVED. The president of this union has already been elected when representing the workers of the San Andreas Port Authority. Therefore, it is not necessary to proceed with a union president election at this time. Once the current president's term ends, there will be an election encompassing workers from SAPA and Horizon.
Signed,

Frank Ernst,
Director
Office of Planning and Special Projects
