3.1 Business Portfolio:III. STATEMENT OF CAPABILITY
Initially working in the private sector, Keystone Waste Management Solutions found success in providing quality waste management for small businesses and logistic centers. Refocusing on public contracts has allowed Keystone to embark on tailoring waste management needs to the contract at hand.
3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
1 - Surveillance
The contract is approved by the state. Keystone aims to survey the contracted area and come up with a report and an operational plan that works best with all parties involved to disrupt business as little as possible.
2 - Safety Briefings and Training
Once specific sites have been identified, our supervisors and managers will work on training workers to work with the hazards they might face. PPE is also handed out and assigned per employee.
3 - Implementation
Once training is done to satisfaction, our workers will begin in clearing the identified sites. We will use our array of vehicles and equipment to expedite the process.
4 — On Site Waste Sorting
Waste picked up is driven back to the Keystone Waste Solutions site to be sorted into recyclable, non recyclable and hazardous materials. The sorted waste is then handed off to our dumping partners to either be sent to top of the line recycling centres or to environmentally friendly non-recyclable clearing.
5 — Reporting
Weekly reports given to the client to update and brief them on the waste handled, where and when. Queries answered and feedback is given and received on what could be done to improve.
3.3 Technical Capability:
Demonstrate your (key) employees' skills, experience of similar work and their involvement if you were to be awarded the contract.
Our senior waste management associates have had months of experience on site and special training has been given to all our staff to ensure quality. Our track record is unparalleled, with almost a year of full operation zero workplace accidents have happened, in large part due to our well trained waste management associates.
