- As part of the SCO Team, the strategic communication officer / specialist will develop and conduct media advocacy training for the State Governmnet in various settings, from health departments to community-based grassroots organizations. The strategic communication personnel will also author SCO publications and provide tailored technical assistance to support advocates in developing and carrying out their media advocacy plans.

- Knowledge and Abilities
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to perform high confidence and english proficiency and policy –
influencing functions effectively. Such overall ability requires possession of most of the
following more specific knowledge and abilities:
(1) Knowledge of the organization and functions of San Andreas State Government including
the organization and practices of the Legislature and the Executive Branch; principles,
practices, and trends of public administration, organization, and management; techniques of
organizing and motivating groups; program development and evaluation.
(2) Ability to plan, organize, and direct the work of professional communication and
administrative relevant assignments within SCO.; integrate the activities of a diverse program
to attain common goals.
